Canadian Citizens / Permanent Residents can assist spouses, cohabitants, legal partners, or dependent children to migrate to Canada as permanent residents. To qualify, both the sponsor and the individual sponsor must meet certain requirements. All applicants are required to undergo medical, criminal, and background examinations.
Family sponsorship is an immigration category that allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to help their relatives live permanently in Canada. Relatives do not have to meet eligibility criteria as they do with other immigration flows. The Family Class Sponsorship Program brings together families to settle in Canada.
Sponsors must be 18 years of age or older, have no outstanding sponsorship undertakings, immigration debts, court order debts and certain criminal issues, in prison or undeclared bankruptcy. Sponsoring a member of the family class also requires that sponsors promise to support them financially and in light of this, certain income requirements must be met.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of families eligible for sponsorship. Life partner, spouse, or spouse over 18 years old Children dependent on parents Adopted children, children eligible for adoption (see 18 years old below) and sponsors Under Guidance Grandparents Sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, orphans under the age of 18 (unmarried and must not participate in civil partnerships).

1. eighteen years mature or Older
2. Sign support
3. Meet LICO for Last one year
4. If Sponsoring Parent / Grand Parent meet LICO and further
30 % for last thirty six Months
5. No list
6. Not Receiving Welfare
7. Not Subject of Removal order or Bankruptcy
8. Not in a very jail
9. must Wait thirty six Months once antecedently Sponsor significant other became
