The Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document issued by the Canadian Ministry of Employment and Social Development (ESDC) / Canada Services and requires most Canadian work licenses to be applied for. Before submitting an LMIA application, the employer must place an ad and the job bank must be the source of information.
Positive LMIA is provided to employers by Service Canada / ESDC, where employers present it to foreign workers along with a work permit application, which is usually issued for one year. For qualified, highest wages and shortest training professions, i. H. Shorter processing time of 10 days is available for trading positions within the top 10% of pay-groups and less than 120 days.

International Experience Canada (IEC) Work Permit
This category of work permits is intended for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 who are citizens of a country that has an agreement with Canada to allow them to apply for an IEC work permit. There are three categories, but not all three apply to all countries. Vacations, young professionals, international co-operative internships. The Working Holiday category offers open work permits, and Young Professionals and International Corps internships offer employer-specific work permits.
